Microsoft have announced that their latest operating system Windows 7 will be generally available at 22nd of October, 2009. That means that by far the best OS Microsoft have ever produced will hit the store shelves at that date. Microsoft also say that Release To Manufacturing (RTM) code for Windows 7 will be available to their partners in the 2nd half of July.
I am running Windows 7 Release Candidate and I have never been happier …

Yesterday it leaked that Home Secretary Jacqui Smith is going to resign. Today, Communities Secretary Hazel Blears announced she’s resigning, just two hours before PMQ. As The Times points out:
The timing appeared to be a clear attempt to undermine Mr Brown, whose authority appears to be draining away, and will raise fresh doubts on his ability to hold his front bench team together.

I think many people all over Europe think that European Parliament elections aren’t something important. Low turnouts in these events show such attitude vividly.
