The British nazi party – British National Party have got at least one seat in European Parliament from Yorkshire. Iain Dale reported on PlayTalk UK radio that they’re on the way to second seat, too.
And this is happening only a day after Europe celebrated the D-Day, which only 65 years ago brought down the nazi regime in Europe.
Aren’t the people ever going to learn? Only 65 years ago all free nations, including Britain, stood up …

While anticipating the results of European Parliament elections, it’s appropriate to take a look back at the results of local elections, which also took place on Thursday.
Here’s the BBC table of overall results:
As we can see, Labour were indeed left without control in any local council, having lost the four they had until now. Labour also lost 291 councillors. On the good side, Conservatives gained control in seven councils and also gained 244 councillor seats.

Former Prime Minister Tony Blair believes that Gordon Brown’s political future is doomed and Brown has no one to blame but himself for that, Mail on Sunday reports.
