Charlie’s Angel Farrah Fawcett dies
Farrah Fawcett, the iconic American actress and star of the 1970s show Charlie’s Angels, has died after a long-running battle with cancer, the Times reports.
The Texas-born actress rose to fame in the 1970s through the highly successful Charlie’s Angels. Fawcett played the role of Jill Munroe in the detective series, winning a People’s Choice Award in the process.
She battled cancer for three years.
