112-year-old Somali man marries 17-year-old girl
112-year-old Somalian Ahmed Muhmed Dore got married for the sixth time, this time to a 17-year-old girl Safia Abdulleh.
Dore and his teenage bride are from the same village, and he said that he had waited for her to grow up before proposing, the Daily Telegraph reports.
“I didn’t force her, but used my experience to convince her of my love, and then we agreed to marry,” he said.
The bride’s family said she was “happy with her new husband”.
